Meet the Founder - Jim Antill
Jim is an experienced technology leader with a background spanning CTO, Software Development Manager, and hands-on software development roles. He has spent many years working across a wide range of environments, including government organisations, large technology companies, and early-stage startups.
This breadth of experience gives Jim a strong understanding of both the technical and organisational challenges involved in delivering software successfully. His background in backend and frontend development across a variety of languages and frameworks ensures he remains closely connected to the realities faced by development teams.
Jim’s approach combines technical depth with practical leadership, focusing on clear communication, sound decision-making, and delivery practices that balance quality, risk, and long-term maintainability.
