Meet the Founder - Jim Antill
Jim Antill is an experienced technology leader whose career spans more than three decades across public-sector, enterprise, and high-growth software environments.
He has served as CTO, Software Development Manager, Technical Lead, and hands-on engineer, leading global development teams and architecting cloud-based platforms in both AWS and Azure environments. His work has included compliance-sensitive systems within the pharmaceutical sector, large-scale public-sector platforms, and enterprise collaboration technologies, including contributions to patented solutions.
As CTO of Bonafi, Jim directed technology strategy, established scalable cloud architecture, built and mentored global development and QA teams, and ensured delivery aligned with GxP quality requirements. Earlier roles at NTT and IBM involved leading distributed engineering teams, modernising applications, and introducing structured delivery processes within enterprise environments.
Jim combines architectural depth with practical leadership. He remains closely engaged with development teams while ensuring alignment between technical decisions and long-term business objectives.
